This Privacy Policy sets out how the Golfers Card uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this Site.
The Golfers Card is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this Site, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information gathered by the Golfers Card (“Golfers Card” or “We,” or “Us”) as a result of your use of this website, www.golferscard.ae and its mobile application (the “Site”), is subject to this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).  This Policy applies only to activities Golfers Card engages in on the Site and does not apply to Golfers Card’s activities that are “offline” or unrelated to the Site.

Golfers Card may also disclose personally identifiable information in order to respond to a subpoena, court order or other such request.  Golfers Card may also provide such personally identifiable information in response to a law enforcement authority’s request or as otherwise required by law.  Your personally identifiable information may be provided to a third-party if Golfers Card files for bankruptcy, or there is a transfer of the assets or ownership of Golfers Card in connection with proposed or consummated reorganizations.

COOKIES

Cookies are small bits of data cached in a user’s browser.  Golfers Card utilizes cookies to determine whether or not you have visited the home page in the past.  However, no other user information is gathered.

Golfers Card is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links.  If you provide any information to such third-parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply.  We strongly suggest you review such third-parties’ privacy policies before providing any data to them.  We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-parties.  Please be aware that our Site may contain links to other websites on the internet that are owned and operated by third-parties.  The information practices of those websites linked to our Site are not covered by this Policy.  These other websites may send their own cookies or clear GIFs to users, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information.  We cannot control this collection of information.  You should contact these third-parties directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

MINORS

Golfers Card does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18.  Minors are not permitted to use the Site or its services, and Golfers Card requests that minors under the age of 18 not submit any personal information to the Site.  Since information regarding minors under the age of 18 is not collected, Golfers Card does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding minors under the age of 18.

UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

From time to time, we may revise this Policy to reflect industry initiatives, changes in the law or technology, or changes in our practices regarding information collection and use.  Any changes to this Policy will become effective upon the posting of the revised Policy on the internet, accessible through this Site.  By continuing to use this online service following such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes.  If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, as amended from time to time, in whole or in part, please do not continue to use our online services.
